The Explorer's mission is to expand the Kingdom of God one person at a time by filling the "empty chair." (We add an extra chair to each group session to remind us of our mission.) The current curriculum is the Message of Paul series: taking on tough issues.

Each group session, enhanced through PowerPoint presentation, consists of "Ice-Breaker" questions, Bible study, and caring time: Ice-Breaker Questions designed to warm the group and to build understanding about the other group members. Bible Study The heart of the session is the reading and examination of the Bible. The bible study questions are open, discover questions that lead to further inquiry. Reference notes are provided to give everyone a "level playing field." The emphasis is on understanding what the Bible says and applying the truth to real life. The questions for each session build. Caring Time All study should point us to actions. Each session ends with prayer and direction in caring for the needs of the group members.
